Jumpstart Plan

This plan is for my girlies who need that extra push to either get them back on their weight loss journey or beginning a new one.

Maybe you have a trip coming up and you want to look your best in that bikini. Or your birthday is right around the corner and you want to make sure you don’t have to suck in too hard (This will always be a safe space TRUST ME I GET IT 😂) 

Whatever your personal goal might be this plan is going to help guide you for the next 2 weeks to get there. You’re of course welcome to reuse it as many times as you want. 

As always this is just what I’ve been able to test out along my personal journey through lots of trial and error. This is what works for me but it also might work for you too!
